FOOD FOR THOUGHT
A TALK WITH BEST-SELLING AUTHOR & PEDIATRIC ENDOCRINOLOGIST
⎯ Robert Lustig, MD ⎯

Robert Lustig
Author of The Hacking of the American Mind (September 2017) and The New York Times best seller Fat Chance (December 2013), Dr. Lustig is a leader in the global 'anti-sugar' and 'real food' movements. His research shows that a person’s poor diet – high in sugar and low in fiber – is a key cause of numerous diseases including Alzheimer’s, cancer, heart disease, hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Lustig says that until we address our food choices, we will not be able to improve our health, prevent these diseases or even address the health care crisis.
