Date: September 9, 2016
Time: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
This year’s Fear 2 Freedom Program will feature Rosemary Trible, founder of Fear 2 Freedom, a representative from Bikers Against Child Abuse, a forensic nurse, and Martinsville Chief of Police Sean Dunn speaking about the journey from victim to survivor and our community's commitment to those who have been victimized.
Our community will be coming together in conjunction with the United Way Day of Action to assemble 200 Fear 2 Freedom aftercare kits which are an essential element to healing provided for those affected by sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. The F2F kits that we assemble at the event will be distributed to our local forensic nursing program and Southside Survivor Response Center.
Please RSVP online if you are planning on participating in the F2F program so that we have an accurate count for lunch.

About the Fear 2 Freedom Program
Fear 2 Freedom is a global non-profit dedicated to redeem and restore the lives of those affected by sexual assault, bringing them home and healing. Our goal is to raise awareness of sexual abuse, bring change through vigilance and healing through compassion. We are in the business of “restoring joy” to those who have been sexually assaulted, encouraging them on their own journey for fear to freedom.
