Recruitment & Communications Specialist

New College Institute (NCI) is seeking an out-going individual to serve as Recruitment & Communications Specialist. 

This is a non-benefited hourly wage position with a maximum of 29 hours per week.  This person will work with the Assistant Director of Academics and Communication to organize a focused student recruitment campaign, identifying and contacting students in targeted groups (advanced manufacturing and engineering, technology and cybersecurity, health and human services, and education and community leadership) who might benefit from increased information about degree programs offered at NCI.  This position will regularly attend college fairs and other events to talk with students about NCI programs.  This person will be instrumental in NCI’s media campaigns and monthly publications including newsletters.

 Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing

New College Institute is seeking a Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing with experience in business, technology, project management, and talent development in STEM. 

The Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing is a full time, restricted position that is responsible for the management and coordination of all activities to operate and promote NCI’s Center of Advanced Manufacturing.  This position will oversee the continued development and delivery of academic and credential training programs and will work closely with regional industry partners. The position will manage the Center, relevant grants, and pipeline development as it relates to STEM throughout the region.  This position will also work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
