Through a grant from the Virginia Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Committee, NCI is able to offer a summer intership program to college students in Henry and Patrick counties and Martinsville. The program's purpose is to convince student that career opportunities are available for them locally. Students must apply and meet certain criteria to qualify and each application is carefully reviewed by a committee to determine eligibility. Following are the students chosen for this year and their prospective employers.
