Description

The RN to BSN track of the undergraduate program builds upon a core curriculum foundation in liberal arts, basic and applied sciences, and behavorial and social sciences.  A special curriculum is available for Registered Nurses (RNs) desiring to complete requirements for a baccalaureate degree with a major in nursing. The curriculum is designed to accomodate RNs who are employed and/or involved with family, community, and other responsibilities and offered via a web-enhanced format.  The track may be completed as quickly as three semesters (fall-spring-summer), and part-time options are available.  The RU School of Nursing is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing and fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
