Students completing the IT program will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology with concentrations in both Database and Software Engineering. The DATAbase concentration educates students in all aspects of data management from database design to database administration to data warehousing and analysis. The Software Engineering concentration produces designers for large, complex software systems. Emphasis is on design attributes that make it possible to efficiently implement, extend, and maintain large systems.

Prospective students are encouraged to apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Radford University Financial Aid Office will use the FAFSA to determine financial need, develop a financial aid package, and isue a financial aid award letter.
